Adds slots to the helmet which will render on the UI when the helmet is worn.

Helmet inventory can be opened by interacting with it while holding.

Effects:

• Requires 1 upgrade slot per level

Respiration

Reduces air consumption to 50%, 33%, or 25% at level 1, 2, and 3 respectively.

Effects:

• Maximum of 3 levels
• Requires 1 upgrade slot per level
